Up to F4 and not wonderful sea conditions with limited opportunities for any decent paddle. Having said that, this would present an excellent chance to practice rough water handling along the wave line. Waves will be small and messy, presenting perfect learning conditions and all within 20 yards of shore.

Spend an hour or two along the wave line, with plenty of rough water management, rolls, rescues and bracing - think of the learning opportunities!

Say 10am Saturday morning if anyone is interested or perhaps you have another suggestion?

Please post.

It should and I will confirm later. There might be one or two more and White Strand Doonbeg has also been suggested as the breeze is blowing right in to it.

Will post later to confirm exact location.

Rory, just the two and while winds not overly strong, would be better if there were a few more.

Unless anyone else confirms, might suggest having a lie in.

Will check in the a.m.
