HI All
I was chatting with sean about this yesterday, it sounds like it will be great fun. And the races will be arranged in such a way that spectators will always be entertained. so it's time to dust off those kayaks, sit on tops, planks of wood or anything that floats, make it sea worthy and who knows maybe even win a prize.
Ill see you all there.

A picture at the start line at the Clarecastle Regatta. Well done to all who attended and especially to everyone who raced.

There were a number of categories, with Ciaran O'Connor taking the overall lead.

John Shannon, deserves a special mention for I believe he has:
- 2 replaced knees;
- 1 replaced hip;
- he was on a SIT ON TOP and came in SECOND overall.......
