Another short inshore sortie for beginners and improvers, Sunday 7 July.

From Bishop's Quarter beach (north of Ballyvaughan) for a paddle along the shore and into the sheltered deep bay at Muckinish, as far as Bealaclugga Pier in the inner bay (if tides allow - it gets muddy there) and back again. Finish with some wet re-entry practice in the shallows at Bishop's Quarter beach again.

Meet in the carpark at Bishop's Quarter 3.00 pm
Total distance 12-14 km max.
Tides and winds all favourable by current predictions.
PFD, spraydeck and spare paddle essentials.

I'll be there Jerry,
I don't need a lift.
The pier is known locally as Parkmore, not to be confused with Parkmore in Kinvara Bay, but that's what they call it.
